This is a JW Benson 9Kt gold wristwatch, made in Switzerland in 1950 and hallmarked for Birmingham 1950 with an ALD case. Please see pictures.

The colored dial has Arabic numerals with outer minute divisions. The dial has nice hands and a subsidiary second’s dial at the six. The dial is signed: "JW Benson, London, Swiss Made".
MOVEMENT:-
The Swiss movement has 15 jewels and is in good working condition; however, we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique pocket watch. The movement is signed: "JW Benson, London, 15 Jewels, Swiss Made".
CASE:-
The movement lies in a 9Kt yellow gold ALD case with a smooth finish. The inner side of the case is stamped for 9 Kt gold: 0.375. and signed: JW Benson, ALD and numbered: 342179. The case is hallmarked for Birmingham 1950.
