This is a Rolex gold filled wristwatch, made in Switzerland in 1920.

The watch lies in a gold filled case with a smooth finish. The inner side of the case is signed: "Rolex, 14 World’s Records, Geneva-Suisse, Rolled Gold, Guaranteed To Wear 10 Years" and numbered: 52782.
