A 14 Kt (585) gold Waltham USA open face keyless wind pocket watch made in USA in 1920.
DIAL:-
The gold coloured dial has black Arabic numerals with outer minute divisions. The dial has blued steel Breguet hands and a subsidiary second’s dial at the six. The dial is signed in the upper centre: 'WALTHAM'.
MOVEMENT:-
The anchor lever movement has 21 jewels and is in good working order, however we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique pocket watch. The movement has a bimetallic split balance and overcoil balance spring. The centre wheel of this movement is a low carat gold. The movement is signed: 'Waltham Mass, 21 Jewels, Maximus A; Adj 5 Pos' and numbered: 20049813.
CASE:-
The watch lies in a yellow gold three piece hinged case with a smooth finish. The inner side of the case is stamped 14 Kt gold 585 and numbered: 359720. The inner side of the cuvette is numbered the same and is stamped for 14 Kt gold.
