A 9 Kt gold ladies open face FOB pocket watch with blue enamel butterfly brooch, made in Switzerland in 1890.
Dial: The blue enamel dial has black Arabic numerals in a white dot chapter ring, outer minute divisions and spade hands.
Movement: The Swiss made cylinder bar movement has 7 jewels. The movement is in good working order; however we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique watch.
Case: The watch lies in a 9Kt gold case with a beautiful engraved back cover with foliate decoration and a monogram free shield shaped reserve. The four-piece hinged and engraved case is a bit loose. The inner side of the case is numbered: 14498 and stamped for 9 Kt gold.
The pocket watch is suspended on a gilt metal and blue enamel butterfly brooch.
