An all original Elgin gold plated railway open face keyless wind pocket watch, made in USA in 1922.
Dial: The original white enamel dial has black Arabic numerals with outer minute divisions. The dial has blued hands and a subsidiary seconds dial at the six. The dial is signed in the upper centre: ELGIN. The dial is protected by a glass in good condition.
Movement: The high-quality screwed anchor lever movement has 19 jewels with a high regulating. The movement is signed: "B.W. Raymond, Elgin Natl Watch Co USA, 19 Jewels" and numbered: 24715825. Calibre number: 455. The movement is in great working condition; however we cannot guarantee accuracy as it is an antique watch.
Case: The pocket watch lies in a gold plated open face screw back case with a nice decorated finish. The inner side of the case is signed: "Keystone Watchcase, JBOSS 20 Years" and numbered: 6612534.
