This is a gold filled open face screw back pocket watch by I Shoemaker with extra high movement, made in USA in 1920.
DIAL:-
The white enamel dial has black Roman numerals with outer minute divisions and inner 13-24-hour numbers. The dial has blued hands and a subsidiary second’s dial at the six. The dial is signed in the upper centre: "I. SHOEMAKER, Paisley, ONT".
MOVEMENT:-
The high anchor lever movement has 15 jewels and is in good working condition; however, we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique pocket watch. The movement is signed: "Shoemaker’s Extra, 15 jewels" and numbered: 3181127.
CASE:-
The watch lies in a gold-filled screw back case with an engine turned finish with a monogram. The inner side of the case is stamped: "Fortune, Warranted, AWC Co 20 Years" and numbered: 581239.
