A gold-filled open face pocket watch, made in Switzerland in 1940. The pocket watch is complete with a gold-filled chain.
DIAL:-
The white enamel dial has black Roman numerals with outer minute divisions. The dial has blued hands and a subsidiary second’s dial at the six. The dial is signed: Swiss Made.
MOVEMENT:-
The anchor lever movement is fully screwed and is signed: 17 jewels with 4 adjustments. The movement is numbered: 1270917. The movement is in good working condition; however, we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique pocket watch.
CASE:-
The watch lies in a gold-filled open face ALD case with a smooth finish. The inner side of the case is signed: "Mark ALD English Make" and numbered: 65783. The inner side of the cuvette is signed: "English Make, This Case Guaranteed To Wear 10 Years" and numbered: 65783. The watch is complete with gold-filled chain. Please see pictures!
