Omega silver 0.800 open face pocket watch in excellent condition, made in Switzerland in 1942.
Dial:-
The white enamel dial has black Arabic numerals with outer minute divisions and outer 13-24-hour numbers. The dial has golden moon hands and a subsidiary second’s dial at the six. The dial is signed: Omega with the logo.
Movement:-
The anchor lever movement with 15 jewels has a plain cock with polished steel regulator, a club foot lever escapement with compensation balance wheel. The movement is signed: "Omega, 15 Jewels, Swiss" and numbered: 8802608. Calibre number: 38.5L T1. The movement is in very good working condition; however, we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique pocket watch.
Case:-
The watch lies in a silver open face case in excellent condition with a smooth finish with a monogram free cartouche. The inner side of the case is signed: "Omega", Fab Swiss, stamped for silver 0.800 Boliden, Ffba1 and numbered: 9876746. The cuvette shows several medals and is signed: "Omega, Bienne – Geneve".
