Steel CYMA UK Military Lever Pocket Watch 1940
You are bidding on a steel military pocket watch, made in Switzerland for the UK market in 1940. The watch is signed on the dial and on the movement.
Dial: The white enamel dial has very clear black Arabic numerals and luminous 3-6-9-12 numerals. The dial has as well luminous hands and a subsidiary seconds dial at the six. The dial is signed: "CYMA" in the upper centre and "Swiss Made".
Movement: The pocket watch has a gilt anchor lever movement with mono-metallic balance and 15 jewels. The movement is signed "CYMA, Swiss Made, Patented, 15 Jewels" and is in a very clean condition. The watch is working very well however we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique watch.
Case: The pocket watch comes in a steel snap-back open faced case. The outer side of the case is marked with an armed force arrow serial number: "G.S.T.P. M 67963". The inner side of the case is signed: "Swiss Made" and numbered: 019481-29095.
