You are bidding on a superb silver skeleton movement keywind pocket watch made in Switzerland in 1870. The pocket watch is complete with an old key.
DIAL: The white enamel dial has black Roman numerals with outer minute divisions and nice blued hands. The dial has some slight hairlines. The dial is signed in the upper centre: "PIQUEREZ, GENEVE".
MOVEMENT: The cylinder skeleton movement is signed: "PIQUEREZ, GENEVE". The cylinder skeleton movement is in great working order however we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique pocket watch.
CASE: The pocket watch lies in a steel case which is monogram free. The inner side of the case and the inner side of the cuvette is numbered: 6708.
