An all original, excellent open face silver 0.800 Omega gent’s pocket watch, made in Switzerland in 1930. The pocket watch comes with an original Omega tag.
Dial: The white enamel dial has black Arabic numerals with outer minute divisions and outer 13-24 hour numbers. The dial has golden hands and a subsidiary seconds dial at the six. The dial is signed in the upper centre: "OMEGA". The protective glass is in perfect condition.
Movement: The high grade fifteen jewels, club lever escapement movement has a plain cock with polished steel regulator and blued steel over coil hairspring. The movement is decoratively signed: "Omega, 15 Jewels, Swiss" and numbered: 8029103. Calibre number under movement 40.6L.T2.15P. The movement is in good working condition; however, we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique watch.
Case: The watch lies in a silver 0.800 open face case with a mint engine turned and monogram "E.L." finish. The inner side of the case is stamped for silver 0.800 and signed Omega Fab Suisse and numbered: 8779013. The silver cuvette shows different medals and is decoratively signed: "OMEGA, Bienne – Geneve, Pa 50 Arsdagen 4-9/1935.
