A silver FOB open face Art Nouveau pocket watch made in Switzerland in 1890. The pocket watch is complete with an extra long silver necklace chain, typically worn by ladies in pre-war times. The chain has one hanger pin and to be worn as a necklace.
DIAL: The white enamel dial has black Arabic numerals with outer minute divisions and a subsidiary seconds dial at the six. The dial has golden antique style hands and is signed in the upper centre: "F.A. HOLMBERG, Horby". Slight hairline on the dial. Original bevelled glass.
MOVEMENT: The cylinder movement is in good working condition; however, we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique watch.
CASE: The watch lies in silver case with a beautiful decorated finish. The inner side is stamped for silver 0.800 and numbered: 5736417. The cuvette is signed: "Holmberg, Horby".
