A silver Jos Johnson, 25 Church streel, Liverpool full hunter pocket watch, hallmarked for London 1857. Complete with watchmakers’ papers inside the case. Please see pictures!

DIAL:-

The white enamel dial has black Roman numerals with outer minute divisions. The dial has blued hands and a subsidiary second’s dial at the six. There is a hairline at the twelve. The dial is signed in the upper centre: "Jos Johnson, 25 Church Street, Liverpool".

MOVEMENT:-

The gilt fusee movement has five spoke balance with diamond end stone. The movement is protected by a dust cover. The fusee movement is signed: "Jos Johnson, 25 Church Street, Liverpool" and numbered: 19234.

CASE:-

The pocket watch lies in a silver full hunter case with a rubbed engine turned decoration and a monogram free cartouche. The inner side of the case is hallmarked for Silver London 1857. Please see pictures of J. Mortimer watchmaker papers inside the case.
