A silver open face pocket watch by the famous Lakeside company, made in Switzerland for the American market in 1875.
DIAL: The white enamel dial has black Roman numerals with outer minute divisions. The dial has blued hands and a subsidiary second’s dial at the six. The protective glass is in good condition.
MOVEMENT: The high-quality lever movement has blued screws. The movement is in great working condition as it has just been serviced at the watchmaker; however, we cannot guarantee accuracy for an antique pocket watch. The movement is signed: "Lakeside, Patented May 11th 1875" and numbered: 1224787.
CASE: The watch lies in a coin silver open face case with a decorated finish with a vacant cartouche. The inner side of the case is signed: Coin silver and numbered: F824.
