An early silver open face pocket watch with original key, made in Switzerland in 1880.
Dial: The white enamel dial has black Roman numerals with outer minute divisions and outer 5-60 number. The dial has nice golden hands and a subsidiary seconds dial at the six. The dial has an original bulls-eye glass in great condition.
Movement: This keywind pocket watch has a high anchor lever movement and 15 jewels. The pocket watch is in great working condition, however we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy for an antique pocket watch.
Case: The pocket watch lies in a silver case with a nice decorated finish of a Swedish Crest. The inner side of the case is numbered: 218514. The cuvette is signed: "Ancre, 15 Rubis". The casemakers initials: JG.
