Vertex Silver 925 %26 Leather PURSE WATCH Swiss

This is a lovely silver 925 travel/purse watch made in Switzerland in 1930. The case is hallmarked for London Import 1936.
The champagne coloured dial has golden Arabic numerals and nice blued hands. The dial is signed: "VERTEX, Swiss Made". The front of the case is signed: "FROM S.R.A, D.L.S.S." The lever escapement movement has 17 jewels and is in very good working order, however we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy for an antique watch.
The watch is wound by the top winder. The travel purse watch lies in a black leather mounted case. The watch is signed: "Swiss Made 15 Jewels". The inner side of the case is stamped for silver 925 and signed: "Swiss Made, ENGL. PAT. REG. N° 365.646 V.W. LTD, 731, 664553 VERTEX".
